I can’t wait for December and its not just about Christmas or my birthday.
I am ready to take some huge steps in furthering my education so I can help you better. First, On Dec 1st and 2nd I will be attending Boston Biolife Stem cell therapies and biologics workshop. This is going to be a comprehensive and intensive learning experience on Regenerative Medicine techniques and applications that includes lectures and hands on work shops.
The following weekend I will be in Beautiful Sarasota for the Apeiron Epigenetic Certification: Live Event presented by Dr Daniel Stickler. We now have the knowledge on how to improve human performance using Epigenetics. For a more on the science of Epigenetics watch this quick video. Dr Lipton does a great job explaining how it works and how we can alter gene expression to prevent and even reverse major diseases with out pharmaceuticals
Then its off to Vegas for The 26th Annual World Congress of The American Academy of Anti-Aging medicine. Where Dave Asprey of Bulletproof will be giving a lecture as well as Valter Longo PhD author of The Longevity Diet. He will be speaking on the benefits of the Fasting Mimicking Diet (FMD).
I can’t wait for December to gain all of this new knowledge so I can put it into practice. 2019 is going to be amazing! Looking forward to improving and upgrading myself as much as I can, so I can better serve you.
Do yourself a favor and take a minute now to sign up to receive updates from me. Enter your Email address so you can get up dates from me as I attend these conferences throughout the month of December.

I’m excited to read about your thoughts on epigenetic. Dr. Lipton really simplifies the meaning of genes + environment and ties it all together. Great video! Thank you
I first heard about the Epigenome a couple of years ago in a book by Deepak Chopra M.D. called Super Genes. I bought the book after seeing him at a live event. My interest was immediately peaked. I find it amazing that this is not more widely discussed. With a some work and dedication we can control our gene expression. I cant wait to learn more about this. I will keep you informed. Thanks for your interest.
